Lets Add Mass !






Hello and welcome to my Blog,

I will be using this blog more as a diary that will keep track of my progress through the LETS ADD MASS 12 Week Training Program. 

I have also talked a few of the other participants to use my blog to keep track of there progress so that you can see how it has changed several people.
