Suggested supplements

Supplements should be an integral part of any diet when trying to loose weight, gain muscle etc.

As this is a 12 week program and Rick and Kev would like to be able to monitor every participant equally, they must reduce any variables on why the program works better one person and not the other.

So they have provided a list of approved supplements.

Essential All Round Supplements:

Protein Isolates - Weeks 1 - 12:

Protein is essential for every week in this program. It is essential that you use a high grade isolate,
They only recommend one from the list below. Under no circumstances must you use a cheap protein full of
fillers. Prime example of this is Holland and Barratt’s own brand.
BCAA's - Week 1 - 12

BCAA’s, like protein are needed throughout the entire program. They only recommend Optimum Nutrition
BCAA-5000 as it is the highest grade, contains everything you need and mixes incredibly well.

Pre Workout - Weeks 1-12

V-Max Pump is again needed in every week of the program. If you use the Buy One Get One Free
offer off the Protein Discount Card then two tubs will last the entire plan. It is a great supplement,
one of the only pre-workout’s to contain protein.

Carbohydrates - Weeks 1-12

Waxy-Vol is a maize based carbohydrate drink. It has zero grams of sugar, is low-gi and is perfect
for fuelling glycogen stores and workouts.

Fat Burners - Weeks 9-12

Lean Degree Caps are a thermogenic fat burner. They are designed to raise core temperatures
marginally to increase fat burning efficiency. A great product for stripping or maintaining low body fat.

Now I know this list does look a little daunting at first because of the amount of products you will need to buy at the start up.

But due to Coach Rick Halls Protein discount card you are able to grab plenty of offers to make the 12 week program a lot cheaper.

Get the Athlete Card from Protein Discount Card at the link below, and you can get a discount on
all of these products. Some of them are BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, and you can also get a further
40% off your future orders. The percentage discounts are reusable for all of 2013 and can be used
time and time again. Alternatively, you can pay full price for your supplement orders from another
supplement company or website if you desire.
